- The Iteology Basic Exchange solution is on a shared exchange server.
- The Iteology Advanced Exchange solution hosts an exchange on a dedicated server for the client.
- All emails sent to Iteology servers are subject to a spam check, virus check, and unwanted or dangerous attachments check. The software that does such checks will remove anything it deems to be of such nature, at the discretion of the software. These will then be quarantined.
- Iteology endeavors to keep our servers clean of blacklisting services. As a result, our SLA's include a clause that use of our services which may lead to blacklisting is prohibited.
