- Fibre line is required that is compatible with our services apply for our capped or uncapped data services
- Data speeds and latency may be affected by factors outside of Iteology's control or demand for bandwidth at any given time.


*Uncapped

- Our uncapped packages are subject to an Acceptable use policy.
- Data speeds and latency may be affected by factors outside of Iteology's control or demand for bandwidth at any given time.


*Business uncapped

- Business Fibre accounts are normally unshaped at all times. Business Fibre Accounts may, however, make use of Protocol Prioritisation to ensure that their performance is not negatively affected by Peer-2-Peer traffic.
- Download speed is dependent on the line speed combined with the package speed. Taking a faster package on a slow line will not increase speed.


*General

- Fibre Line Required to make use of Fibre Bandwidth.
- Combos are priced better to allow affordability. Prices cannot be matched when the Fibre line and the Data Services are seperated.
- The combo packages are available for a more affordable pricing for the consumer. The prices cannot be compared if you chose to take a Fibre line and Data service separately.
