* Online Backup notes

- Although online backup is unattended backup, which operates incrementally, it is the responsibility of the customer to check backups. Iteology accepts no responsibility whatsoever for data loss.
- The client should make use of a local offline backup for where the internet is down, or an act of God takes place, or any other event that is beyond the control of Iteology's.
- Iteology does not have access to the data of clients, as it is encrypted. Iteology cannot therefore take responsibility for data content. It is the responsibility of the client to make sure that data is free of ransomware, viruses, and spyware. Iteology will not be responsible for restoration of damaged data resulting from infections that occurred prior to backup.
- The speed of the connection determines the time required to create a backup data.
- Iteology backup platform holds more than one backup roll up. This allows data older than the latest backup to be restored. Giving options of restoring difference file versions.
