Why do I need an IT company?

Most simple IT solutions only solve the immediate needs of a company. These solutions, although functional, often do not meet the full requirement a company. Further, businesses are often not aware of how correctly applied IT solutions can simplify company workflow and tasks. A company lacking the IT knowledge to roll out its IT needs, and which does not explore the advantages of IT, may find that old school solutions work out to be more expensive over the long run.

I already have an IT company, what are my options?

Iteology will not create an uncomfortable situation to gain business from another IT service provider. Should you request Iteology to take over this function, they will comply. The client is always in control regarding choice of IT service provider.

Do I have to sign an SLA?

SLA's are geared around providing you a service, at a rate and response time, tailored to your needs. They also define the responsibilities. Should you not wish to sign an SLA, an ad-hoc service can be offered.

What about Third Party providers?

It is not often possible that one provider will not provide all IT services. In such a case, on Iteology managed solutions, Iteology will attempt to manage third party service providers used. The only potential difficulty is that their response times and costs will apply to work carried out by them.

I have branches all over the Globe. Are you able to support us?

Yes. Regardless of where you are in the world, Iteology is able to maintain and support solutions for you. Physical solutions may require a service provider on site to assist. Alternatively an SLA may be put in place that will allow Iteology to travel to the site.

Our licenses are a mess, can you help?

Yes. Many companies lose track of their licensing, especially their Microsoft Licenses. Iteology is able to help sort, replace, or even rent them.

What if my IT need is complicated?

Customized IT Solutions are common. Not all solutions are easily quoted from a price list. In such a situation an audit of your needs will be conducted, and quotes made once your needs are identified.

Do you provide entry level services?

While the more premium services are relatively more expensive, a number of lower priced SME based services and products are on offer. We attempt to price our products at an affordable rate, giving value for money, to all clients.
