This makes future support faster and reduces dependence on one technician's memory. We can work alongside an internal IT team or existing connectivity supplier where responsibilities are clear. If the problem is intermittent Wi-Fi, VPN instability or slow access to a hosted application, the assessment should separate local-network faults from internet or application issues.
